Experienced Server

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests’ dining experience while advancing your skills in the hospitality industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer questions, offer product recommendations, and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, or check transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role.
• A passion for customer service and providing a memorable dining experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to make recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
