A company is looking for a Warranty Writer to efficiently process complex manufacturer warranty claims and electronic repair orders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and non-warranty Electronic Repair Orders within designated timeframes
Reconcile and correct rejected claims in a timely manner and manage multiple location queues to reduce aging EROs
Maintain regular contact with management and produce various claims processing productivity reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of administrative experience
Preferred prior auto and / or dealership experience
Minimum of 1 year of warranty claim-related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of claims submissions and policies of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
