Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding process for a dedicated book of business, ensuring timely and high-quality go-live
Lead live trainings and guide customers through platform setup and third-party integrations
Document progress and track performance against onboarding KPIs in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
2+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, support, or similar roles
Experience with technical setups or integrations, preferably in SaaS, ad tech, or martech
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
