  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish regarding account inquiries, service requests, and brokerage operations
  • Open and maintain brokerage accounts, including individual, joint, retirement, and advisory accounts
  • Process account maintenance requests such as address changes, beneficiary updates, trading documentation, and cash movements
  • Support Financial Advisors with client onboarding, account reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up
  • Work directly within clearing platforms such as Pershing NetX360 and other broker-dealer clearing systems to process and track account activity
  • Liaise with clearing firms, compliance, operations, and internal departments to resolve account and service issues
  • Ensure all client documentation complies with FINRA, SEC, and firm policies
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and broker-dealer systems
  • Assist with client statements, confirms, and general account reporting
  • Handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

    • Required Qualifications

    • Active Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 and 63
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a broker-dealer client service, operations, or registered support role
    • Working knowledge of brokerage account structures, products, and operational workflows
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Experience with clearing platforms, Pershing NetX360 is a plus
