ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year — and we’re just getting started. I’ve been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, I’m passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.


Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we’re looking to expand. We’re energetic, positive, and driven by three core values: work ethic, caring (for our customers, our community, our team, and ourselves), and continuous growth. We set high expectations and work hard to reach them, but we also make sure to celebrate our success with bonuses, team trips, and fun office events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michael Theisen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
