Program Manager (secret clearance)

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to support a large Air Force customer. This is a hybrid position in High Point, NC. About the RoleThe Program Manager oversees end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, multi‑site IT program supporting mission‑critical DoD and DISA environments. This role leads cross‑functional planning, drives execution across distributed teams, and ensures alignment with Government requirements, technical standards, and program objectives. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with senior client leadership and provides strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes across all program workstreams.Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle program leadership, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior Government stakeholders and client leadership.
• Lead integrated planning across tasks and projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables.
• Direct and coordinate deployment of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, support services, and communications capabilities across multiple, interdependent project areas.
• Manage contractor teams and support personnel across multiple CONUS locations simultaneously.
• Drive effective communication across tasks, teams, and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate resolution of scope, schedule, and delivery issues with Government and contractor service teams.
• Ensure compliance with all DISA and DoD processes, standards, policies, and program requirements.
• Represent the program in steering committees, executive briefings, and leadership forums.
• Conduct program health assessments and participate in internal Program Management Reviews.
• Ensure all program deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost commitments.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business issues, risks, and dependencies; lead risk mitigation efforts.
• Oversee back‑office functions including invoicing, personnel security clearance processing, and administrative support.
• Plan and coordinate program deployments across multiple CONUS regions.
• Evaluate contractor performance and supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Provide domain expertise and decision‑making that directly influences program success.
• Develop and maintain technical and financial reporting to communicate progress to leadership and customers.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and oversee successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Ten (10+) years of program or project management experience.
• At least three (3) years managing large, complex, geographically distributed programs valued at $50M–$100M annually.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Active Secret clearance or higher
