Metova's engineering team is looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You are highly motivated, collaborative, and technical, with the passion to help shape the delivery of software products for our customers. You are passionate about software development and interested in helping to shape the future of our professional services development team. You are always seeking new and diverse challenges to grow your skill set and broaden your experience.

As a Software Engineer, you will directly contribute to software projects, lead other software developers towards the same goal, and work with clients directly to ensure accurate and timely communication around deliverables and expectations. Utilizing your strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, cooperative planning, to detailed architecture for implementation and maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership / development role that requires technical expertise, the ability to coordinate and motivate a team, and coordinate with external business units.

Be able to communicate on a technical and general level both internally and externally and maintain realistic expectations. Contribute to the software development process, from initial concept to final delivery, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and project deadlines.
