We’re seeking an organized and proactive Service Fleet Coordinator to join our Service Department. This position is essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of our service operations and dealership vehicle management.

• Maintain accurate records of service appointments, vehicle movement, and department documentation.

• Support service advisors and management with scheduling, coordination, and communication.

• Assist with vehicle pickup, delivery, and transportation logistics as needed.

• Communicate effectively with the service team and the customer

• Monitor and manage dealership vehicles for the service loaner fleet

• Ensure all vehicles meet Edmond Hyundai’s presentation and readiness standards.

• Previous experience in automotive service coordination or dealership operations preferred.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficiency with dealership management software (Dealer Track/Xtime or similar) a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
