Wages + Commission : $30$35+ / hour Sales Partners have the potential to earn an average of $60,000 or more in total compensation during their first year, combining hourly wages and commissions when consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 18 years of age or older
• 12 years of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or tech
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet / exceed performance goals
• Ability to motivate and coach team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
