Mental Health Intern

Gain valuable experience within the mental health field! Sunrise Services, Inc. offers mental health internships for aspiring counselors and mental health professionals. Interns will get hands on experience working within our mental health clinics under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional. Interns should be pursuing a Master’s degree in an applicable field at an accredited college or university, and possess junior or senior status.

• This is an unpaid internship.
• Openings at all locations are subject to supervisor availability .

General Responsibilities :   Assist and observe ongoing coordination and collaboration of case management services, therapy, treatment planning, resource identification and development, advocacy, service monitoring and follow-up, collateral supports in and outside the organization, and treatment services as appropriate under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional. Duties & Responsibilities :

o DSHS background clearance required.

o Current valid Washington State driver’s license.
