A company is looking for an Art Director Supervising Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative initiatives for a large portfolio of events and tradeshows, shaping innovative design solutions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that align with business objectives

Mentor teams and lead ideation sessions to create award-winning creative work while managing multiple event deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience as an Art Director

Eight-plus years of event-related art direction and design experience

Comprehensive knowledge of event and creative industry practices, digital trends, and technology

Advanced creative conceptual thinking and design skills, with the ability to critique colleagues' concepts

Experience leading creative project teams and mentoring creatives in a fast-paced environment
