Job Description

Reporting Directly into the Site Head, you will be responsible for the following :

• Set strategic direction for assigned manufacturing lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Create build plans, oversee execution, and track progress against goals.
• Monitor daily production performance to achieve on-time delivery.
• Lead and manage manufacturing teams, including managers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure proper staffing and training, building a skilled workforce capable of meeting operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain training programs, including record audits and annual re-certifications.
• Track raw material consumption accurately throughout production processes.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, resolving maintenance issues promptly and ensuring calibration in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Control variances in scrap, labor, and materials, driving cost efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with all procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Purchasing, Engineering, and Inventory Control to resolve production holds, material issues, and quality concerns.
• Ensure all products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles.
