Job Description
Reporting Directly into the Site Head, you will be responsible for the following :
- Set strategic direction for assigned manufacturing lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Create build plans, oversee execution, and track progress against goals.
- Monitor daily production performance to achieve on-time delivery.
- Lead and manage manufacturing teams, including managers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure proper staffing and training, building a skilled workforce capable of meeting operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain training programs, including record audits and annual re-certifications.
- Track raw material consumption accurately throughout production processes.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, resolving maintenance issues promptly and ensuring calibration in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering.
- Control variances in scrap, labor, and materials, driving cost efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with all procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Purchasing, Engineering, and Inventory Control to resolve production holds, material issues, and quality concerns.
- Ensure all products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manufacturing Manager should have :
A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field or related skillset10+ years of experience in manufacturing.7+ years of experience in a supervisory role.Lean Manufacturing experience.Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive operational improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.What's on Offer
