We are seeking a Director of Subscriptions who can strategically expand and optimize our subscription offerings, drive growth, and improve customer retention. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in subscriptions, partnerships and the ability to develop innovative strategies to increase subscriber growth and engagement.

As the Director of Subscriptions, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth for our subscription services. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on content, revenue expansion and subscriber engagement. Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and editorial teams, you'll help shape the future of gaming and entertainment subscriptions across some of the most recognized brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for our subscriptions, ensuring that they have a strong value proposition to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Own the subscriber lifecycle, optimizing conversion, onboarding, engagement, and churn mitigation.
• Leverage audience insights and data to optimize subscriber content offerings, pricing models and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate cross functionally with product, marketing, content, and analytics teams to align subscription initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to refine our subscription models and differentiate our offerings.
• Find opportunities for cross promotion across all IGN Entertainment brands and third-party partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on subscription growth and customer retention.

Salary Disclosure : Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $180,000, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
