Sales Support Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative II to provide support services to Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Answer department phone calls and conduct basic product research

Add new products and update pricing in the database, and design sales quotes

Communicate with customers and Account Managers, and conduct outbound telemarketing calls

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience required

Four or more years of technology / information systems technical solution sales experience required

Basic computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Visio

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers

Ability to learn basic technical product information and work under pressure
