Job Overview:

As a freelance event videographer at Shootday, you will have the opportunity to create compelling visual stories at a variety of events. Your role will be to deliver high-quality raw videos that bring memorable moments to life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality RAW videos in a timely manner (editing is handled by us).
• Cover a range of events including corporate functions, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Document key moments, candid shots, and the overall atmosphere of events.
• Adapt your filming approach to meet the unique needs of each event.
• Collaborate with fellow videographers when necessary.
• Utilize your professional camera gear, including cameras, lenses, video stabilizers (gimbals), and high-quality microphones.
• Provide guidance to participants and set up shots for optimal results.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Shootday team to ensure seamless collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in event videography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in diverse environments and adapt to various event types.
• Reliable transportation to access event locations.
• Strong technical proficiency with videography equipment.
• A team player who values collaboration.
• A degree in videography or equivalent practical experience.

What We Offer:

  • USD 50/hour for assignments up to 4 hours.
  • USD 40/hour for assignments longer than 4 hours.
