Join our exciting new hotel opening in January 2026! We are seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to be part of our team starting in December. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Job Details :

  • Location : Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Riverside Perris, 19310 Harvill Ave, Perris, California, United States, 92570

Position Summary :

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience by promptly addressing their repair requests. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Responding to guest maintenance issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment.
  • Conducting visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Identifying and operating all utility shut-offs for buildings.
  • Maintaining inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as necessary.
  • Communicating daily activities and any issues with team members.
  • Developing knowledge in various maintenance areas such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
  • Conducting light repairs, including drywall, painting, and replacing light bulbs and A / C filters.
  • Testing and troubleshooting equipment, including plumbing and electrical components.
  • Using the Lockout / Tagout system for safety during maintenance work.
  • Performing general housekeeping and inventory-related duties.
  • Engaging positively with guests, acknowledging their needs, and providing excellent service.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
  • Experience : Some general maintenance experience; hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Supervisory Experience : No supervisory experience required.

    • Requirements :

  • Driver’s License required.
