[job_card.job_description]Must be able to demonstrate expert-level skill in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro 11. Will need to have the ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers and scanning equipment. Must multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time. Demonstrate the ability to perform accurately under time pressures and constraints. Maintain client confidentiality while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative organization. Communicate effectively with all Associates and clients in a friendly, pleasant and professional manner. Demonstrate the ability to be a problem solver who is able to work independently. Role Summary :
The Document Processing Workflow Coordinator will work with their assigned team members to deliver high-quality, time-sensitive projects to requestors. To be successful in this role candidates must have a keen eye for detail, impeccable time management, and the ability to communicate clearly both over the phone and through e-mail. This is a technical role, so having an advanced software aptitude in the MS Office Suite and Adobe is required.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Accurately track time spent working on projects in a timekeeping system
- Use a project board to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Intake work requests from clients
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Receive instruction and project requests from team members
- Communicate with requestors when there are project questions
- Adapt quickly to new technologies & processes
- Ability to complete or learn project types such as :
o Convert, format, and edit Word documents
o Modify PDFs
o Data entry, mail merges
o Transcription
o Modify PowerPoint presentations
o Basic proofreading
o Transcription
