Applicants for the Group Vice President, Legal Affairs position at the company should have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, with at least 12 years' of combined law firm and in-house experience, particularly within a consumer-facing company. The role demands a candidate with a strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently while supporting the General Counsel.
