Position Overview
As an Imaging Clinical Applications Expert, you will play a critical role in educating and training customers on Bracco Injector systems and MR products. This position involves clinical presentations, product evaluations, and providing ongoing support that helps close sales and cultivate strong relationships within the Bracco Diagnostics Inc. (BDI) MR and Devices product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive product evaluations and ensure timely follow-ups with target accounts aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to exceed sales goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Foster relationships with current customers and proactively reach out to potential clients for relationship development.
- Assist in creating and implementing business plans that align with organizational strategy specific to your territory.
- Develop strategies to increase MR market share and sales of injectors and consumables within your territory.
- Create detailed account profiles to maintain accurate and useful customer data.
- Utilize effective time and territory management techniques to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Provide technical and clinical support regarding BDI products while understanding healthcare economic trends related to the market.
- Conduct on-label product demonstrations and implement educational presentations for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in regular check-ins with major accounts post-sale to ensure proper equipment use and address any questions or concerns.
- Act as a resource for customers regarding BDI Injectors and MR products, advising on any communication breakdowns or issues impacting business.
- Assemble injector components during installations, which may require moving equipment weighing approximately 25 pounds.
- Observe patients undergoing CT and MRI exams during training sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing to gather relevant case studies and network at industry events to promote BDI products.
- Maintain professional growth through educational symposia and continuing education to stay current in the field.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards within departmental activities.
- Maintain accurate records of travel and sales activities using designated company tools.
Education & Experience
A verifiable BA / BS degree is highly desired.Certification as a MR Technologist or Registered CT RT with a current license in good standing; MRSO is preferred.Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions and be capable of driving.Professional Skills
Extensive knowledge of MR department operations, MR safety, and contrast agents.Understanding of Computer Assisted Tomography (CAT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) technologies, as well as injection systems.Ability to navigate PACS / RIS connectivity.Effective planning and implementation of tactics to adapt to changing market dynamics.Skilled in building rapport with healthcare professionals, supporting strategic sales methodologies, and making informed recommendations.Work Environment
This position is field-based and requires up to 70% overnight travel. Weekend work is expected for sales meetings and industry events.
