Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative supports patients enrolled in the VADWatch Remote Patient Monitoring program by guiding them through onboarding, equipment training, and ongoing follow-up. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patient adherence while maintaining full compliance with HIPAA and all organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a customer base within the Remote Patient Monitoring platform.
Manage VW enrollment calls and conduct equipment training / setup.
Complete compliance follow-up and customer monthly calls.
Place supply and equipment orders and follow up with vendors when necessary.
Work with reports and ensure completion of order-related tasks.
Coordinate ordering, shipping, delivery confirmations, and RMAs as needed.
Perform outbound calls to notify customers of shipping delays or missing information.
Resolve or escalate issues related to shipments or customer interactions.
Assist in implementing workflow and productivity improvements.
Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA privacy and security standards .
Ensure adherence to business processes and departmental metrics.
Maintain a culture of accountability and professional communication.
Required Experience
Minimum of one year of Customer Service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to use reasoning and problem-solving skills to collaborate with VAD department teams.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Data processing experience.
Spanish-speaking ability.
