Assistant Controller

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to support finance and accounting operations on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and internal management reports

Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or CPA track is a plus

5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG / CPG industry

Solid understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
