Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department position with night shifts and trauma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Night shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • Every other weekend required
  • Level 1 trauma environment experience is preferred
  • Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a trauma setting
  • Holiday coverage may be required based on schedule
  • Local candidates are accepted with no specific radius restrictions
  • COVID vaccination documentation is required

    • Requirements

  • Active CT or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
  • Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association)
  • Current PALS or ENPC certification required
  • Current TNCC certification required
  • License verification must be dated within 30 days of start
