💵 Base Salary : $75K + Incentives | Weekly Pay

🚀 Your Mission :

Manage and support a dedicated fleet of drivers

Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and safety (DOT, OSHA)

Deliver top-tier service to customers and drivers alike

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and strategically

Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability

Additional Responsibilities :

Manage and track operational and personnel goals; develop and utilize KPIs

Conduct weekly and monthly KPI and EOM reporting with actionable follow-up

Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communication

Support Regional Manager in executing regional operational goals

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage drivers aligned with TCI’s core values

Uphold safety standards and exceed compliance benchmarks (80%+ audit score)

Maintain DOT / FMCSA / local regulation compliance

Oversee P&L, financial planning, and operational cost control (e.g., labor, equipment, fuel)

Promote and ensure proper use of TCI technology : Samsara (ELDs & Cameras), Tenstreet, McLeod, and customer portals

Maintain consistent, in-person presence at the worksite for collaboration and oversight

Regularly exercise discretion, strategic thinking, and independent judgment

✅ What We’re Looking For :

2+ years in logistics or driver / fleet management

Operational experience with proven results

Excellent communicator and confident decision-maker

Calm under pressure and proactive problem-solver

Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety compliance
