Title : Process Engineer - Films

Location : Northlake, IL

Hire Type : Direct Hire

Salary : $100K-$110K / YR.

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with strong experience in blown film extrusion and / or lamination to support and improve film manufacturing operations. This role has been open for some time, and we are targeting a candidate who can make an immediate impact on process performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties :

• Support and optimize blown film extrusion and / or lamination processes.
• Drive process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects with measurable results.
