What You'll Do

• Lead restoration jobs involving water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire / smoke cleanup.
• Be first on scene for emergency response calls and manage the crew from start to finish.
• Ensure proper containment, drying, and demo protocols are followed per IICRC and OSHA standards.
• Mentor junior techs and train on restoration equipment and safety procedures.
• Interface with property managers, adjusters, and homeowners with confidence and clarity.
• Accurately document job details using tools like Xactimate and Capabuild.
• Assist with equipment checks, job readiness, and vehicle upkeep.
