SHINE Technologies is seeking a Quality Technician to support compliance to ISO 9001 : 2015 for our SHINE Systems and Manufacturing division and AS9001-D for our Phoenix Neutron Imaging facility. The primary responsibility of Quality Technician is to perform various testing and inspection activities to ensure that manufactured product conforms to design specifications and customer requirements.

The base salary range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician include, but are not limited to :

• Perform and document visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance of components and assemblies to specifications.
• Perform inspection on supplier submitted quality documentation.
• Follow written inspection procedures and work instructions for purchased material, equipment, parts, and processing ensuring quality traceability information is maintained.
• Complete internal process audits, assist with assessing non-conformances and completing audit reports.
• Manage and inventory shelf-life expiry product.
• Assist with calibrated equipment program and monitoring preventive maintenance program in eMaint.
• Assist with managing non-conforming product program.
• Other Quality Related duties as assigned.
