Job Title : Licensed Massage Therapist

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits include health insurance with a $2,000 employer contribution, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and medical benefits, 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match (valued at an average of $600 / year) for full time employees, bi-weekly pay with tips paid out the same day if tipped in cash, paid time off, continuing education support, and experienced management.

The average total compensation of $75,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours / week. Base rate of $26 to $30 per 50-minute per massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.

Requirements include an active massage therapy license.

As a Massage Therapist, you will maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance, deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience, follow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients, communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, and participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars.
