PNNL is modernizing its human capital management (HCM) ecosystem as part of a multi-year Oracle cloud ERP transformation. We are seeking an Oracle cloud HCM engineer to support the implementation, stabilization, and long-term sustainment of Oracle cloud HCM. In this role, you will serve as a techno-functional HCM engineer, partnering closely with HR business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal ERP workstreams (integrations, data, reporting, architecture, security, and testing). This is a platform-focused role, emphasizing configuration ownership, system stability, and continuous improvementnot short-term, project-only delivery. Expertise in every HCM module is not required; strong depth in a subset of modules, paired with a willingness to learn across the platform, is expected.
