Responsibilities

Prepare, facilitate & coordinate communications, schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences on behalf of WCF Leadership.

Coordinate travel arrangements-flights, car rentals, and hotels.

Prepare and process expense reports for WCF Leadership, establish and maintain filing systems for the leadership team.

Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and / or other reports as requested.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

3 years frequent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advancedlevel.

5 years administrative support, preferably for senior level management or combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.

Superior communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to adapt to change.

Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.

Must type 55 wpm.
