Schedule Details / Additional Information :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule

1 Weekend per 6-week schedule

2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll explore different departments like ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support . Every shift brings new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

What You'll Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience ( 2 years preferred )

Flexibility : Ability to meet scheduling requirements

Training & Skills :

RNs receive training in :

ACLS

NIHSS

IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training
