    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel with a focus on Real Estate and Environmental Health and Safety. This strategic legal role is pivotal in shaping the legal frameworks of the company, particularly in the areas of complex real estate transactions, property management, and global health and safety regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be the principal in-house attorney for these matters, partnering with Facilities, EHS, Operations, and Legal teams to drive strategic growth initiatives and manage legal risks in a dynamic, technology-driven sector. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in real estate and EHS law, with a strong background in negotiating and managing commercial real estate transactions. Significant in-house counsel experience or a background in advising industrial / manufacturing clients at a recognized law firm is essential. The role requires expertise in global environmental statutes and regulations, with a preference for candidates with CAL OSHA experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling the legal complexities of a global footprint and be prepared to take on the challenges of a company at the forefront of technological innovation.
