Competitive Pay : $18-$22 / HR (Based on Experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, (Saturdays as needed)
What You’ll Do :
Be the First Point of Contact – Answer phone calls and emails promptly with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Ensure Accuracy – Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Problem-Solving Pro – Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to provide seamless support and solutions.
What We’re Looking For :
Excellent Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients professionally.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry. Experience with PestRoutes / FieldRoutes is a plus but not required!
Multitasking Ability – Capable of handling multiple customer inquiries and tasks with ease.
Detail-Oriented & Reliable – A problem solver who takes initiative and ensures accuracy in customer records.
