FMSW is an unopposed, community-based Family Medicine residency program affiliated with the University of Washington School of Medicine and sponsored by PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA (Portland metro area).

Requirements
M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree
Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain in Oregon)
Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
