The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.

We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings. Duties Evening Office Center Supervisor duties consist of daily reporting of evening/weekend classes, ensuring that rooms are open and ready for class, providing instructors with assistance in securing audiovisual aids, equipment and instructional materials, communicating instructor tardiness/absenteeism and responding to emergencies, if needed.

- Document and Report class and instructor issues
- Open rooms and have them ready for class
- Assist evening/weekend instructors with equipment and materials
- Assist students with concerns or issues and direct them to the appropriate person for resolution, if necessary
- Work with the Director of Curriculum Evening and Weekend Programs to ensure FTCC
-Policies and Procedures and maintained
-Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of responsible clerical experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer skills necessary for successful job performance, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with the public. Preferred Qualifications An Associate’s Degree in Office Systems Technology or a related field.
