Job Title : Sales Associate

Duration : 04 months Contract on W2 (possible extension based on performance)

Location : Brandon , FL 33511

Position : Onsite

40 hours : Open to working any of the hours below

  • Monday : 10AM-8PM
  • Tuesday : 10AM-8PM
  • Wednesday : 10AM-8PM
  • Thursday : 10AM-8PM
  • Friday : 10AM-9PM
  • Saturday : 10AM-9PM
  • Sunday : 11AM-6PM

Must Have :

  • Must be bilingual
  • Prefer retail experience
  • Ppen availability.

    • Job Description

  • Under general supervision, responsible selling frames at assigned retail stores.
  • Sell frames and our licensed products in retail store locations as assigned.
  • Increase sales revenues by providing product expertise and quality customer service in a proactive, professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store management and associates to maximize problem resolution and compliance support.
  • Work in partnership with the store management team, Merchandiser and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations, guidelines, and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market.
  • Perform markdowns and RTV's when required.
  • Report directly to Account Executive and communicate actions, issues and results on a regular basis.
  • Perform all other functions as required.

    • Typically has the following skills or abilities :

  • Two to four years' Customer Service or Account Services experience or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues
  • Two years customer service experience in an office / retail environment
  • Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is required
  • Ability to work with the general public in a retail environment
  • Ability to elevate the perception of our brands and our company
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
