Job Title : Sustaining Field Service Technician (Day Shift)

Job Description

This role involves sustaining, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on-site. The technician must be able to wear a bunny suit and respirator, with the possibility of wearing a respirator up to 70% of the time. The role demands working with dirty tools and around hazardous materials, with a focus on heavier troubleshooting tasks that are evenly split between electrical and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot large equipment and machinery.
• Maximize output using constraint management techniques.
• Sustain processes and address equipment issues.
• Train and cross-train team members to build a self-sustaining team.
• Provide installation and service support to ensure the continuation and expansion of thermal management systems business.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.75 / hr.
