We are searching for an experienced hands-on IT Manager to join our team and help our company continue to grow! We are looking for someone with 10 years of experience managing IT and mentoring junior employees. This is an amazing opportunity to improve IT policies, systems, and procedures. This position is on-site M-F in Carol Stream, IL.

We are a 200 person organization and looking for someone who can set strategy, be hands on, and mentor a junior team meaning, you might be directing the team during the day, but also rolling up your sleeves, working late hours on a server migration, or coming in on a weekend to perform upgrades when downtime is lowest.

Pay Range : up to $125,000 base salary annually Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location.

What You Bring

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems and bring 10+ years of experience to the role. You have a strong knowledge of network and PC operating systems, current network hardware, protocols, and standards including :
