The Events Manager plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Techbridge's signature events and experiences throughout the year. As a vital member of the Strategic Events team, the Events Manager will oversee all aspects of event managementfrom concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.

This role requires a creative, highly organized professional with strong communication skills, a passion for social impact, and the ability to deliver high-quality experiences that inspire, engage, and drive meaningful outcomes. The Events Manager will ensure every event reflects the Techbridge brand and provides an exceptional experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute annual in-person and virtual events for 1001,000 attendees, including CXO gatherings, the Digital Ball, networking sessions, cocktail receptions, and corporate golf outings.
• Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including registration, invitations, vendor relations, venue selection, dcor, catering, audiovisual, and staffing.
• Create detailed project plans, production schedules, and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee volunteer and intern engagement, providing clear direction and training for event support.
• Develop innovative event formats and experiences that align with Techbridge's mission and audience engagement goals.
