DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (MAINTENANCE)
Lodi Housing Authority (LHA) located in the Borough of Lodi, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, a Public Housing Agency under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is accepting applications by highly qualified candidates to serve as the Director of Operations / Management, under the direction of the LHA Executive Director.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years education from an accredited college or university with studies in Business Administration and Management. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in construction contracts, project financing, preparation of bid specifications for government construction / repair projects, construction management, fiscal administration, budget / inventory management in the public or private sector, must be proficient in Word / Excel and possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000.00 and $125,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience. Employment benefits include medical and dental insurance, as well as vacation / personal / sick time as set forth in the Personnel Policy of the LHA and as may be required under New Jersey State Law and New Jersey Civil Service Commission Regulations.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who are : (1) Borough of Lodi residents, (2) Bergen County residents, and (3) New Jersey residents.
