Robert Half is looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in the Greater Philadelphia area. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) department by handling key financial activities such as reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, interacting with various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Compile and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports to provide insights into business activities and results.
- Create and evaluate financial analyses related to contract performance and operational outcomes within the division.
- Collaborate with the FP& A team to maintain compliance with accounting standards, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and company policies.
- Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing reconciliations and necessary reports.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition across the division and identify opportunities for cost reductions.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to support strategic planning efforts.
The ideal Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CFA preferred
