We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Riverside, CA to maintain and repair RTUs, split systems, and mini-splits for commercial clients.

Keep HVAC systems running smoothly
Minimize downtime with fast, accurate repairs
Deliver consistent, reliable service to local customers
Support long-term client relationships with quality work
Responsibilities
Service and repair RTUs, split systems, and mini-splits
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and options
Keep detailed service records and follow safety standards
Occasionally assist with startups or larger equipment, if experienced
Requirements
Must-Haves
3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for light commercial systems
Local to Riverside with a consistent work history
Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with refrigeration systems or building automation
Familiar with chillers, boilers, or VRFs (not required)
EPA Universal or OSHA 10 / 30 certification
