DELIVERY DRIVER, NON-CDL, 26’ BOX TRUCK=

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and have experience driving a 26' Non-CDL box truck.
  • Have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Pose excellent customer service at all times.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be 21 with 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy items up and down stairs and ramp.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have your medical card or be able to pass a physical to obtain one within 7 days of employment.

    • Employment Type :

  • Full Time / Part Time, Days Only.
  • Shift starts at 6 : 45 AM.
  • Monday-Saturday.

    • In addition to your hourly wage add :

  • Tips.
  • Overtime.
  • Bonuses.
  • Commission.

    • Pay Breakdown :

  • Wages are based on your experience and qualifications. Pay starts at $18.50 / Hr and upon completion of your training, you will receive an additional $1 / Hr making your hourly rate $19.50
  • With your wages, based on 40 hours, PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, it is not uncommon to be in the neighborhood of $28.00 / hr.
  • Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
  • Paid Weekly.

    • Role :

  • Drive your team to and from the customer’s location in a 26' box truck and assist in inventory and packing general household and commercial items from one location to another.
  • After you meet the requirements and become a "Certified" NAVL (North American Van Lines) Driver, you will be qualified to drive for local and long-distance moves (inter and intra) state (NOT long haul). You will receive a $1.00 hour raise.
  • You are a part of the local relocation crew and must work cohesively with others.
