Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking experienced bilingual Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

COMPENSATION RANGE : $50K-$100K+

REQUIREMENTS :

• Punctual and reliable
• Superior customer service skills
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to respond well to direction and suggestions of management
• Ability and desire to achieve individual and department goals
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face
• Ability to negotiate in accordance with trained method
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license
