Principal Learning Architect

A company is looking for a Principal Learning Architect to develop holistic experiences for educational products and shape design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Define and facilitate content strategy for digital and print experiences aligned with business objectives and user needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver cohesive and innovative content experiences

Champion human-centered design principles and mentor teams in instructional design and content system strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, UX, Content Strategy, or a related field

8+ years in content strategy or instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making

Experience in K-12 print and digital teaching and learning products preferred
