About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Missouri, starting Feb 2, 2026. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, and focuses on providing comprehensive care to an aging patient panel in a community health setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver attentive, patient-centered care for geriatric patients with chronic and preventative needsAccurately code and chart patient encounters, maintaining organized, thorough documentationUtilize eClinicalWorks EMR for all patient records and communicationsCollaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and minimize hospital admissionsServe as a resource for chronic care management within the community health centerApply technology efficiently in daily workflows to optimize patient careUphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all clinical activitiesAdditional Information
2-3 years post-residency experience preferred, specifically in community health centers focused on chronic careBoard certification required in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal MedicineActive Missouri license requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredExperience in geriatrics and preventative medicine strongly preferredCandidates should be highly organized and tech savvyBenefits
