Job Description

As a Print Shop Helper, you will be an integral part of the production team, assisting in various tasks related to the printing process. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to operational improvements within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Verify and withdraw materials necessary for production.

Set up and operate the print machine efficiently.

Stack completed sheets as they come off the production line.

Make and attach 'dog ears' to assist in further processing of the hobes.

Complete production documentation accurately.

Perform quality control and housekeeping activities.

Conduct routine tasks as directed with minimal supervision.

Participate actively in operational improvement activities.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to work as a team member.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Forklift operation certification may be required.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a print production facility where you will be working closely with the print machines and other equipment. This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
