AquaOne is looking for great drivers like you to fill positions as Route Sales Representatives (RSR)forestablished home and office delivery routes.

Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers indefined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire tosucceed as an Individual and as part of a Team.

Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office. The average hourly pay for new RSR's working approximately 38-44 hours per week is $14.00 - $18.00.

Requirements:

• Delivery Route Experience Preferred
  
• Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
• Integrity and Dependability
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last5 years

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Basic Math and Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone)
• Sales or Negotiation Techniques a Plus
• Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
• Knowledge of the hub city and surrounding areas for routing purposes
