As a Lead at Dunkin’, you play a key role in guiding the crew and ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly. You help keep the energy high, support teammates, and deliver the quality and service Dunkin’ guests expect. Your leadership keeps the store moving at the perfect pace.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with managing daily store operations and shift coordination
• Coach and support crew members to deliver excellent guest service
• Lead by example in food preparation, service, and cleanliness
• Help train new team members and reinforce Dunkin’ standards
• Manage inventory and restocking efforts to maintain efficiency
• Monitor food safety and store cleanliness guidelines
• Communicate effectively with management about team needs and store performance
• Step in to support any role needed to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Pay Range: $10 per hour - $10.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
