About The Position

Pride Health  is hiring for a  Medical Assistant  to support our client’s medical facility based in  Yucaipa, CA.  This is a 6-month opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high quality patient care through patient facing role.
• Withdraw blood efficiently and accurately from patients by means of venipuncture / skin puncture.
• Performs various routine clerical, data entry duties, process various types of specimens for transport.
• Maintain the specimen logs, schedule transport pick up for urgent specimens, manage specimen drop offs internal / external and inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Interact with medical staff and other staff and other clinics or support operations / back-office personnel.
• Deal regularly with patients and other visitors to ensure excellent internal and public relations.

Schedule : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm or 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Pay Range :  Local- $18 - $23 / hr
