As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service and communication to all personnel onsite. This role involves conducting routine patrols in environments with limited on-site facilities, lifting items as needed, and responding promptly to any security-related needs.   • What You'll Do :
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, with patrol areas and conditions varying based on the location.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual or suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and any maintenance issues identified during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment for all personnel and visitors.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Experience with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
